![]() ![]() In the screenshot above, if I press the 8 key, the Build Gun will be equipped with an Industrial Storage Container. If you press a number key, it equips the Build Gun with the item in the shortcut slot for that number. ![]() Unfortunately, there is no shortcut to switch to a specific Hotbar by number.Įach Hotbar has 10 shortcut slots. You can cycle through the hotbars by holding the ALT key and scrolling up or down with your mouse. The number in a circle on the left indicates the currently selected Hotbar. The Hotbar the UI component at the bottom center of the screen. You can also tap the E key to cycle through all customizations in the same subcategory as the equipped customization. Once you have any customization equipped in the build gun, you can hold the E key to bring up a radial menu containing all customizations in the same subcategory of the Customizer Menu. Selecting any item from the Customizer Menu equips that customization in the Build Gun, which you can then use to paint the selected customization on existing buildables. Radial Customizer MenusĪs with the Build Menu, the Customizer Menu (press the X key to open it) is also separated into categories and subcategories. I find this faster than actually opening the radial menu. If you have a buildable equipped in the Build Gun, you can also tap the E key to cycle through buildables in the same building subcategory as the buildable you have equipped. Radial menu for the Pipelines building subcategory When you have any buildable equipped in the Build Gun, you can hold the E key to open a radial menu from which you can select any other buildable from the same building subcategory as the buildable you have equipped in the Build Gun. Oh FFS!!! I just ran the MonoGame project again before submitting this and it's going to do this every time. They don't have a clue how to provide one. You notice that none of them offered a solution in here, because third-world development teams with third-world experience and logic. Then again, expecting anyone from Microsoft to design something with common sense in mind, is clearly a thing of the past. and to then make the control bar on that window the same height as the taskbar it is hidden behind.Īs a developer, you don't want taskbars hiding and showing, changing the size of your work areas, you want things to appear in an accessible position from the start. You have to wonder who designed a Windows system that would allow windows to open behind the task bar. Because it's not a standard windows form, it doesn't respond to the usual tricks but this worked. I have just installed MonoGame into Visual Studio and when you run the project, it hides behind the taskbar. The simplest way to release a window you can't grab is to right click on the task bar and cascade your windows.
